Buttermilk French Breakfast Puffs are an all time favorite of my kids. They request them often for birthdays and special occasions. My Buttermilk French Breakfast Puffs are made using freshly cultured buttermilk, unbromated flour, and real butter. After each puff comes out of the oven, they are rolled in melted butter and covered with a delightful layer of cinnamon sugar. They take breakfast muffins to the next level and are simply delicious. The cost for 4 muffins is $5.50. (Price includes Sales Tax.) The Home Baked Joy bakery is open from 1-3 pm and 4-6 pm on Mondays. Baked goods are available for local pickup only in Vineyard, UT.
Vineyard bakery is protected under the Home Consumption and Homemade Food Act. This law allows the sale of home made foods (as long as they do not contain meats or raw (unpasteurized) milk products), without the seller needing to be registered with the Utah Department of Agriculture and Food.
