Easy French Toast
- 6 slices bread
- ½ c milk
- 1 egg
- pinch of salt
- ¼ tsp. cinnamon
- ½ tsp. sugar (optional)
- Whisk together milk, egg, salt, cinnamon, and sugar (optional).
- Dip bread into the egg/milk mixture and, using a fork, flip it to coat the bread on both sides.
- Remove the coated bread and cook it on a hot griddle until one side is brown.
- Flip it and brown the other side.
- Serve with your favorite syrup!
