Easy French Toast
Serves: 6
  • 6 slices bread
  • ½ c milk
  • 1 egg
  • pinch of salt
  • ¼ tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. sugar (optional)
  1. Whisk together milk, egg, salt, cinnamon, and sugar (optional).
  2. Dip bread into the egg/milk mixture and, using a fork, flip it to coat the bread on both sides.
  3. Remove the coated bread and cook it on a hot griddle until one side is brown.
  4. Flip it and brown the other side.
  5. Serve with your favorite syrup!
