Apple Cinnamon Syrup
Serves: 2¼ c
A delightfully light but strong apple cinnamon syrup recipe.
  1. Pour apple juice into a sauce pan.
  2. Add cinnamon and honey.
  3. Turn heat onto medium-high and bring to a light boil.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix corn starch and water together with a fork.
  5. Slowly pour into boiling apple juice, whisking quickly as you do so.
  6. Turn heat to medium-low and simmer syrup until desired thickness is achieved.
  7. Serve over favorite French Toast or pancakes!
